| Team Chardonnay 2004, winner of Top Chardonnay at Cuvee 2005
Students are assigned to a team and each team is responsible for producing one varietal of wine. Throughout the winemaking process they monitor the wine through each step from harvest until bottling. These wines are entered in National and International professional wine competitions.
